Did Jesus truly rise from the dead? The resurrection of Jesus is a hotly debated subject amongst critics and skeptics alike. For the Christian everything rests on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This video shows why the resurrection of Jesus is very important to the christian faith.
It follows Paul's line of argument in 1 Corinth 15:14-20 and presents 4 lines of thought showing why the resurrection is vital to the faith.
To believe in the resurrection is to believe in God. If God exists, and if He created the universe and has power over it, He also has power to raise the dead. If God does not have such power, He is not a God worthy of faith and worship. Only the one who created life can resurrect it after death, and only He can remove the sting that is death and the victory that is the grave's.
