bark (ingredients for one, need two crusts)

5 egg whites
5 tablespoons sugar
1 full tablespoon flour
100 g ground walnuts

10 egg yolks
8 tablespoons sugar
200 g of crushed dark chocolate
250 g margarine or butter
100-150 g powdered sugar

Dressing

150 g dark chocolate
5 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk
