Kaiapoi - Kairaki - Pines Beach - Woodend - Pegasus - Waikuku and return via MTB in September 2017.

The Pegasus walkway takes you the length of the Tuhaitara Park (10.5km) from Pines/Kairaki Beach through to Waikuku Beach. This track is a shared trail for walkers, mountain bikers and horses.

Tūhaitara Coastal Park covers approximately 700 hectares of land along the coastline from the Waimakariri River mouth to the settlement of Waikuku Beach. Stretching along the coast for 10.5 kilometres, it comprises many natural features of local, regional and national importance.
