Hello my lovelies.
I couldn't find a complete body stretch workout for fat people (that was actually realistic about what we can do with our bodies), so I've made my own. It's a very gentle, full body stretch routine that you can do everyday.
Stretching is so important for our bodies. Not only does it relieve stress and pain, but we feel great afterwards.
As you might be able to tell...I'm not a professional trainer or doctor, so please don't do anything without consulting your doctor.
