In this video we look into a issue with the 2015 Mini Cooper D 1.5 Twin Turbo Diesel (F55), car will not rev over 4k RPM. We find out that the PVC hose is broken, and the Mini F55 intake manifold is packed full with carbon build up restricting the air flow to the engine.

We will go through the process of performing a DIY Intake Valve Cleaning using tools most will have at home, simple socket set, drill, nylon brushes brake and carb cleaner.

Once all the carbon build up is removed, the Mini intake manifold will be installed with new genuine gaskets, a new genuine PVC hose, turbo actuator placed back on the car having been professionally rebuilt. Only then will we will take it for a drive to see if the Mini Cooper D F55 is repaired and the carbon build up issue is resolved.
