This is Conor McGregor’s complete daily routine + training schedule. I’ve been attempting to follow it for the past week, to see if it would help me become healthier, more disciplined, and more confident. It was a crazy week to say the least.

Conor McGregor is an MMA fighter who has competed in the UFC and Cage Warriors promotions. He is best known for his fights against Khabib Nurmagomedov, Jose Aldo, Floyd Mayweather, Nate Diaz, and Dustin Poirier. He was supposed to fight at UFC 303, but Dana White announced that he pulled out recently due to an injury. Regardless, there’s still a lot to learn from him.
