Mental diets and inner conversations can be a source of manifesting effortlessly, because you do not even need to imagine. Instead, we simply outline what we would be saying if we were now the person we want to be. Simple as that. We have a conversation back and forth with the person of our choice, and they are explaining to me how happy they are for me, that I have achieved X goal. And then me responding back, inwardly, how happy I am as well.
