Introducing our Kadhi Mushroom Masala recipe, a delightful fusion of creamy kadhi and savory mushrooms. This dish combines traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist, creating a culinary masterpiece that's both comforting and delicious.

Ingredients:
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 green chilies, slit
1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
2 tbsp oil

Instructions:-
1.In a bowl, whisk yogurt and gram flour together to make a smooth mixture. Add water if needed.
2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
3.Add onions and cook until golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
4.Add tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
5.Add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
6.Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
7.Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan, stirring continuously to prevent curdling.
8.Cook on low heat until the kadhi thickens.
9.Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
10.Serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
