In only 8 months since the death of legendary Dominican liberation theologian Fr Albert Nolan OP, ATF Press (Australia) and UJ Press (South Africa) have managed to publish a book of tributes to a man whose influence on Christians (and indeed other people of faith) has been profound, in terms of shaping Christian discipleship in situations of political, social, economic and ecological injustice.

Seventy people who were deeply influenced by his ministry from South Africa and around the world contributed to the record accomplishment, which is in itself a tribute to editors Mike Deeb OP, Philipe Denis OP, and Mark James OP and ATF Press CEO Hilary Regan.

Well known South African comedian, actress and entertainer Tumi Morake kept things flowing.

Reverend Frank Chikane, with whom Albert Nolan worked closely to ensure an inclusive ecumenical and evangelical Christian engagement within the liberation of South Africa from apartheid oppression, reflects on their time together.

ATF Press CEO Hilary Regan explains the process behind the scenes process to get the book out before the first anniversary of Albert Nolans death.

Mike Deeb OP explains why he was initially a 'Reluctant Editor' but came around to realising that he had to put his life on hold to be faithful to his mentor and inspiration from his days as a university student, to pull the book together.
ERRATA.
The name of participant who posed a question should be "Tshiamo Moela", not "Tshebo".
The soundtrack song used was misspelled. It should be "Thuma Mina".
