Toxic environments are contagious. If you are working in a toxic environment you will bring that home. It will fester in your mind and eat away at personal relationships. Toxic people create toxic environments. This should not be tolerated. But the nature of toxic environments is that they are not toxic for some. Some people thrive in the very same environment in which others struggle.

In this video I break down why this is and how some people use their environment as fuel for the fire inside them. If there is anything I have learned in the last decade it is that initial intuitions should not be ignored. If you feel something is off then listen to it.
