This is a grandfather clock that I found on Ebay, and just by chance, it was close to my location. The only drawback was that it was local pickup only. But fortunately, Brad and Scott Espe were kind enough to help with the delivery.
Ever since I saw the cable-driven grandfather clock at the Skaalen assisted living facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin in 2007, I've always wanted to own one of my very own, and after 15 years, my dream of owning one has finally come true. Even though it doesn't have the night silence option, it does have many of the same features I've been looking for. This clock comes complete with moon dial, triple chimes, quarter-hour chime and hourly strike silence options, and instruction manual. You may notice that on the split-screen portion of the video where the clock and the movement are shown simultaneously, the videos may not be in perfect sync, but I got the timing down as close as I could.
