The Purple Hyper Spray Verses All Bosses in Silent Hill 2 (2001) for PC
Difficulty - Hard
The Purple Hyper Spray is the second strongest hyper spray in Silent Hill 2
You will need to achieve a maximum 1.9 (less than a 2) star rating and save the file once you have beaten the game.
After starting a new game, the Purple Hyper Spray can be found on the table inside the camper trailer on the south side of the Saul and Harris Street intersection in East South Vale.
I removed the boss introductions to make the video shorter and get to the gameplay faster.
I also shortened the Mary boss fight substantially since this fight on the hardest difficultly takes forever. The purple spray does not kill her, it only stuns her for a second.

Silent Hill 2 History & Versions
Silent Hill 2 is the second installment in the Silent Hill survival horror series and the first game of the series to be released for Sony PlayStation 2. The game was developed by Team Silent and published by Konami. It launched in North America on September 25, 2001.
The Original version had only the main "Letter from Silent Heaven" scenario and 5 different endings.

The Expanded edition of Silent Hill 2 was initially released exclusively on Xbox in December 2001 (North America) and 2002 (Japan, Europe) adding the bonus "Born From a Wish" sub-scenario and the "UFO" ending as well as other improvements. This version was later also released on PS2 and PC and had numerous subtitles on various systems confusing players who might be wondering what's the difference (in fact, next to none as the only differences are probably the title screen and language selection). Silent Hill 2 Plot
James Sunderland has arrived in the town of Silent Hill after receiving a letter from his wife, Mary, despite that she had died from an illness three years ago. The letter states that Mary is waiting for James in their "special place," but this confuses James as the whole town of Silent Hill was their special place.
