In this video, I am going to share a powerful message: the technique that every individual who has overcome stammering has applied. I became aware of these concepts much later, and I wish I had possessed this knowledge earlier. It revolves around a book I read a few years ago, and I am conveying a significant message from that book. The message is centered on non-resistance; when you practice non-resistance, you confront stammering directly, and it cannot withstand your strength. Therefore, keep practicing what you have learned!
