Did you know that in the 90's, Cabbage Patch Kids were considered dangerous? The Cabbage Patch Snacktime Kids seemed like a fun concept - you insert plastic food in the doll's mouth and then the food would magically appear in its backpack.

Unfortunately, there were 100 reports of children getting their fingers or hair caught in the doll's mechanical jaws! The problem was that the doll's mouth had one-way smooth rollers that could only be de-activated by removing the doll's backpack.

These Cabbage Patch Kids quickly became known amongst parents as "the dolls from hell." Thankfully, no one was seriously injured and eventually they recalled the doll. To see the doll in action, complete with sounds, check out the ASMR Playroom's channel!
