This video starts with me getting very close to the Asiatic lions while they slept next to the viewing windows - something I'd never experienced before! They were relaxing outside later on during the talk. This new exhibit opened in 2016 and is five times the size of the previous enclosure. There is also the Gir Lion Lodge, which gives visitors the opportunity to stay overnight plus lots of other exclusives!
