CIO of USDA's Food & Nutrition Service introduced the SNAP Retailer Locator to Esri FedUC 2010's 2,700 attendees. Work on the project's first phase took just three weeks from contracts to deployment. On Esri's behalf, Sajjad Mustehsan provided technical leadership for this effort.
