Heute gibt es ein Imbissbuden Schaschlik, welches ich nach dem Rezept von "BBQ aus Rheinhessen" mache und ein wenig abwandele. Ich nehme zwei Sorten Fleisch, dazu Bacon bzw. Wammerl. Das ist wirklich ein großartiges Essen, herrlich Retro und schmeckt wirklich wie an der Imbissbude.
