Somali food is always my favourite food in the world, in this week we went in Manchester coffee healthy food to try just Somali Belfast .
It's very nice place to try Somali food it's family running restaurant ,
I was in the kitchen and I watched how they cooked lamb and chicken and all traditional Somali breakfast

Sambuusas
Sambuusas made their way into Somalia’s traditional cuisine from the Indian subcontinent, and are better-known around the world as samosas.
The Somali version of the samosa, like many of the country’s dishes, can be fiery hot with chilli heat.
A much-loved snack food, they are deep-fried, and usually reserved for special occasions such as the evening meals that end the daily fast during the Islamic month of Ramadan.
Their pastry is usually a thin filo-like pastry, and since they are a celebratory food, they are normally filled with minced (ground) beef, which like other meats tends to be kept back for special occasions.

Suqaar ,Suqaar (pronounced sooh-car) is one of Somalia’s most beloved dishes and can be made with any meat, from lamb, to chicken, to beef. Generally the meat is cut into very small pieces, about 1/2″ cube or smaller. The meal is then rounded out with an assortment of veggies – usually carrots, bell pepper, onion, and -sometimes – potato.

Mashmash is a dessert from Somalia that is sort of a cross between a pancake, a donut, and a custard

Anjero is a staple in Somali cuisine. It is a fermented, pancake-like bread used in both sweeter breakfast dishes and savoury meals.
