The story begins with Barry Allen being recruited by Batman to help take down the regime. Barry was hesitant at first because of the people who were cheering on Superman when he executed civilians. However, he decided to help because he believed he was better than that.

After the regime fell, Barry Allen was given a second chance. However, things got complicated when Grodd put a nano explosive in his head and forced him to do his dirty work.

In the meantime, Reverse Flash showed up and revealed that he was trapped in a paradox and could never go home. He then challenged Barry to a fight.

Another storyline involves Green Lantern who was locked up by the Guardians for joining the Sinestro Corps. However, he was given a second chance to prove himself. He admitted his betrayal and that he was trying to make things right.

The video ends with Barry Allen and Green Lantern deciding to work together to get help from Aquaman.
