St. Joseph Abbey

Once again it's time to finish the processing of our honey harvest, and the last step is to separate the honey from the cappings. However, before I could get started doing it, my wax/separator went down and needed to be repaired. Fortunately for me, there are some great folks working at the abbey who know a lot about repairing broken equipment....especially when it's electrical related. With the repairs done, I managed to get the job complete in about 6 hours. I hope you enjoy watching my days work. God's peace to all.

And here's the link to the unboxing of the honey/wax separator showing all the features of it.
