As a Senior in 2013-14: Appeared and started in all 40 games for the Huskies... Led UConn in points (18.0), assists (4.9) and steals (1.8) a game and was second in rebounds (5.9) a game... Named the American Athletic Conference Player of the Year... Was named a First Team All-American by the Associated Press, National Association of Basketball Coaches and United States Basketball Writers Association...Won the Bob Cousy Collegiate Point Guard of the Year Award... Was a finalist for the John Wooden Award, Oscar Robertson Trophy, Naismith Trophy and the Senior CLASS Award.. Averaged 21.2 points a game in the 2014 NCAA Tournament, and was named the Final Four and East Regional Most Outstanding Player... His 17.0 points a game in the Final Four led UConn... Recorded his second career triple-double (14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists) against Yale (Nov. 11)... Scored a career-high 34 points against Memphis (Feb. 15)... Made a career-best seven three-pointers against Rutgers (March 5)... Was also first on the team in free throw percentage (87.0) and minutes played a game (35.1)...
