"The Stardust Circuit is an intergalactic raceway that speedstars have unofficially been using to race for years. The luminescent glow of stars, planets, and electronic junk from surrounding areas creates a path that provides a magical radiance, and this phenomenon happens at a specific time each time. It's a popular tourist destination, with people flocking to walk along the cosmic boulevard and be dazzled from the glimmering lights. Many have said there's a sense of serene peace being out in the middle of space and losing sense of time, and as beautiful as this experience is it's also incredibly dangerous. Speedstars are the equivalent of underground street racers in space, and they come out to test their skills and see who's the fastest and sharpest racing pilot in the galaxy. The Stardust Circuit attracts these type of thrill seekers and it has been an issue that has seen many casualties over the years. Racing extremely fast in various space crafts with bystanders casually strolling mere feet away is extremely dangerous, but that doesn't stop people from coming out in droves every year to enjoy this magical phenomenon.

While it's incredibly illegal to race along the Stardust Circuit, Jetta has been thrust into the race not because she wants to but because there's a specific person that's said to be there each year - and said person may have some answers to Agenda X that would help the crew get closer to their mission of stopping it. Putting her skills to the test, will she be able to come out on top? Will she be able to make it through the Stardust Circuit safely? Will she find the person she's after?
