The Kaiser MC441 has a condenser capsule with cardioid pick up pattern, in comparison to the hyper cardioid of the Sennheiser MD441. On the Snare take you hear a lot more HiHat bleed on the MC441. Also the preamp is compressing quite a lot on the MC441 but I really like it.
