Trion is another project that is coming up in the land of the KL City. A project of Binastra Land, the Trion is to be a mixed development of serviced apartment, hotel, and retail component. It will be a commercial titled project, with the two blocks dedicated to the residential development and one block for residential development, hotel, and retail lots. There will be a total of 1,344 units of serviced apartment sized between 689 sq ft and 1,055 sq ft. These homes are priced from RM549,800, and is expected to be completed by Oct 2023.
