Citadel of Despair is the hardest Citadel that isn't a SC in ring 3 of JToH XL. It is intense difficulty and it contains punishing outside sections, 2 droppers and a basement. It contains 25 Floors but it's not that long considering the floor number. I hope this guide helps you if you're trying to beat this Citadel, or if you just want to watch then enjoy!
