"Autumn sauce" for the winter WITHOUT VINEGAR - my last preparation of this season. With these supplies, I am sure that the winter menu will be truly varied and tasty, because not many people cook tomato sauce with apples! But I cook! The taste is incomparable! With such a sauce, meat, vegetables, and side dishes will be exquisite!

I needed:
- apples (1 kg ready-sliced)
- water 0.5 glass of water
- tomatoes – 2.5 kg
- 5-7 cloves of garlic
* simmer tomatoes with apples for about 20-30 minutes
* rub through a sieve (you can grind it with a blender)
Spices (I put them in a gauze bag so that they can be easily removed after cooking):
- a few black peppercorns
- 4 pcs of allspice
- 2 pcs. cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
* after boiling, my sauce simmered for 15 minutes

I sterilize jars in the microwave in this way: I pour a little water into each jar, put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. The jars will warm up well and will be ready for further use. I boil the lids in a saucepan.
