You can easily make open pita with roasted vegetables and cheese at home, either for breakfast or as a delicious dinner.
Materials
for the dough;
5 cups flour
2 cups of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pack of dry yeast (10 g)
2 tbsp oil
for inside;
oil
2 onions
2 caps of pepper
2 green peppers
1 tbsp tomato paste
400 g roasted
salt, red pepper powder, black pepper
to rub on the edges;
2 egg yolks
for the top;
400 g cheddar cheese
