There's so much more to product development than I ever knew. Boyyyyy is there ever. It's taken me 8 years of trial, error and learning to realize just how much goes into the process before I ever even get to hold a product in my hand. I'm sure I still have plenty to learn, but I want to share some of the main things I ask and consider as I think about adding a new product to my collection. Have questions?
