Mrs. Monique Spann Green, Executive Pastor, Living the Word Church, and Board Member of Lansdowne UP was born and raised in East St. Louis; She has a Bachelor's degree in Preprofessional Studies and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
