[Crumble pie] Cherry Cobbler & Ice cream ~* : Cho's daily cook

Hi! This is Cho here~ ^-^*

A long rainy season has gone, and hot summer began. How are you doing to beat the heat?
(Forecast says it will rain again tomorrow, though. ~^^)

Today's recipe is a dessert called Cobbler. I think it must be new and unfamiliar to Koreans.

Cobbler refers to a baked dessert consisting of fruit covered with a biscuit batter. It can be a perfect summer dessert topped with ice cream.~^^

I used cherries for toppings. Not only cherries, but you can also put strawberries, kiwis, peaches or any other fruit on top.
You can make your batter thick like mine or thinner than mine.

To make crispy outside and soft inside, I covered fruit with Soboro batter.

As I expected, it was crispy on the outside.
The great crisp on the outside and soft on the inside! What a taste.

Good for you to get some sweet as it's sweet dessert ~^^

Because of the hot and humid weather, Ice cream started melting as soon as I put it on top hahaha

Choose any flavor of ice cream as you like ~^^

Oh! You can make it using small pudding cups as I did in the video.
But you can also pour into a large baking dish to bake it and scoop with a paddle and serve on plates. ~^^
If you do food plating in that way, it gives a natural look and taste ~^^.

Indicated ingredient amount is for the large pudding cup that I am holding in thumbnail image and four small pudding cups.

So it means that you can cook seven to eight of Diameter 8.5cm X Height 4.3cm size pudding cups ~^^, FYI.

That is all for today, Good night everyone ~*
Thank you for watching!

※Due to torrential rains, can't help hearing some noise in the video ~^^;
Please understand that noise might be found from the video because of the rain while I was shooting.
