In this episode, I want to invite all of my friends to see an ancient well site from the 16th century AD, which is still functioning today.

The name of the place is Milled Well. It is called giling because to take water from the bottom of the well, a tool made of wood that looks like a mill is used. The depth of this well reaches 35 meters. What amazes me is how there is a well at the top of the limestone hill, and how our ancestors found water sources in places that usually don't contain water. Then how can they dig a hole as deep as 35 meters?

From a historical perspective, this well is closely related to the early establishment of the Sendang Duwur Ancient Mosque, which dates back to the 16th century AD.
