Hi, guys! Today I made Spicy Mapo Tofu with Rice! Side dishes are gyeran guk (egg soup) and spicy green onion kimchi! Did you know mapo tofu with rice is actually really easy to make? I made it with yeondubu (soft tofu) and firm tofu and plenty of meat, and since I used two different kinds of tofu, both the texture and flavor were so good! I made it extra spicy by adding plenty of Korean spicy peppers, Vietnamese peppers, smoked oil, and spicy pepper powder, and I loved it! It also went great with the gyeran guk (egg soup) and green onion kimchi! I especially loved that I could add as much tofu as I liked in the middle of the meal! It was totally worth the hard work!
