On a recent trip I managed to find myself on yet another United flight, this time for a short hop across the border from Toronto to Chicago. Having flown their Boeing 787 and Airbus A320 earlier in 2023, I didn’t have any super high expectations about United’s Economy service. However, how the crew performed and how they managed to turn around a crisis SHOCKED ME. I really didn’t expect United to be that good (if at all).
What exactly happened? Join me in this trip report to find out why well trained cabin crews matter, how the day was rescued, their general onboard service, and why you should fly them.
