How to Buff Polyurethane to a High Gloss

I need to polish to top of this oak slab coffee table. I have already applied about 15 coats of polyurethane to the top, and let it cure until I cannot smell it. Next I'm going to wet sand the top with 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper, then buff it using a Surbuf microfiber buffing pad on my Random Orbit Sander.
