Beer has a shorter shelf life than wine and spirits have, so Rebru Spirits takes over-stocked, unsold, expired beer from San Diego breweries that are destined for the drain and repurposes it into gin, vodka, and whiskey.

Their methods deviate from the norm due to an innovative approach to limit the impact on the environment.

ReBru was built on the idea of upcycling, best and better practices, and having less of a negative impact on our environment. This is who they are as a company.

Everything they use at ReBru is sourced locally when possible, organic when feasible, and repurposed when logical. Rebru thinks about the footprint of each ingredient before using it in their spirits, while still delivering smooth and delicious spirits.
