When a senior client came into Sun City Library looking for picture books, the Librarian there saw it as an opportunity to better serve our senior clients. It started with the library carrying adult picture books and morphed into the NACo-Award winning Memory Care Kits. These Memory Care Kits cater to our seniors who may be living with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and even stroke survivors. The kits consist of adult picture books, puzzles, crossword puzzles, and even fidget spinners. Unlike books that you check out and return to our Library District, these Memory Care Kits are residents to keep!
