As you know, tequeñones or cheese fingers are one of the most delicious dishes in the gastronomy of Venezuela and Colombia. With my book Quesos Venezolanos y Colombianos hechos en Casa we have already solved the cheese problem and with the tequenomatic, which is the little machine I invented to make the tequeños, we have solved the problem of the rolling. With the tequenomatic we obtain without much effort, tequeños of about 7 cm long by 2.5 cm wide. Now what happens if we want to make bigger tequeños? For example tequeñones? or as my Colombian countrymen say cheese fingers. Well here is the solution .....
