In today's #ASMR video, you are given instructions you can follow with your eyes closed and without needing your phone screen to be present. This session includes word association, simple maths, counting sounds and more. As mentioned in the video intro, I recently had a really bad cold or flu (unsure which but it was pretty bad) which meant I was not in any state to film or edit videos.
