The Tata Altroz Racer is a more powerful and sporty version of the Altroz hatchback which is scheduled to be launched very soon and we've got all the information you need to know if you want to buy one. First showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo and then at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo in 2024, the Altroz Racer is finally ready for the Indian market.

Powering it is the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, making 118bhp and 170Nm, which is 8bhp and 30Nm more than the regular Altroz hatchback. Mated to a 6-speed gearbox, this one is truly for the enthusiasts. Regarding safety, The Altroz Racer has 6 airbags and ESP as standard and a 5-star GNCAP crash test rating. The styling of the Altroz Racer remains identical to the regular Altroz but gets dual-tone paint, a racer badge, racing stripes, 16-inch wheels, a front splitter, side skirts, and a rear spoiler making it look more sporty. The interiors are blacked out with red accents and you get a sunroof, ventilated front seats a fully digital cluster, and a 10.25-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and AppleCarPlay.
