Store the syrup in a pot.
1/4 cup sugar (60 g).
1/3 cup cornstarch (60 g).
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
Juice of 1 lemon.
90 g condensed milk.
1 cup cold whipping cream.
1 cup cream cheese.
Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
