I wanted to take a moment to share something close to my heart. I'm supporting Michelle Muldoon's short film "Unfrayed" on Indiegogo, and I hope you'll join me in backing this incredible project. Michelle is a powerhouse in the indie film community here in Vancouver, always ready to lend a hand and support other filmmakers. She's truly one of the most generous and dedicated people I know.

Supporting diverse storytellers is so important. Michelle's unique voice and perspective bring something fresh and vital to the film industry. She's been a constant champion for indie productions, always willing to share her expertise and resources to help others succeed. I've experienced first hand how she's positively impacted our community. Michelle basically supported our entire movie production for 13 Miles. Officially she's craft services as a credit, and that alone is worthy of praise. But her support, encouragement and counsel during our film was, dare I say, absolutely essential to our film's success.

"Unfrayed" is a western short film that delves into themes of resilience and redemption. It's a story that needs to be told, and Michelle's passion for this project is infectious. By supporting this campaign, we're not just helping to bring a great film to life; we're also standing behind the values of diversity and community that make the indie film scene so special.

We are literally a couple of hundred dollars away from our funding goal, but every extra dollar will go towards making the film a little better. It could mean hiring extra crew for the day to make the day easier and smoother, or an extra session in the edit suite.
Also, I totally understand if you are not in a position to contribute. Times are not easy. So even if you aren't able to help us financially, but the story and the mission resonate with you, it will be so appreciated it if you shared the campaign with people whom you think will be interested.
