Hare Krishna!!
Try this delicious Veg Manchurian recipe which has an irreplaceable flavour. Though cooked without soya sauce and vinegar, these soft and crispy manchurian are just amazing for all time.

Ingredients:
For manchurian-
1½ cup coarsely crushed cauliflower
1½ cup coarsely crushed cabbage
1 carrot
½ cup chopped capsicum
1 tbsp ginger chilli paste
Salt to taste
½ tsp black pepper powder

7 tbsp all purpose flour/ maida
7 tbsp cornflour
Oil for frying
For gravy-
3 tbsp oil
1 chopped green chilli
½ cup chopped capsicum
½ cup chopped cabbage
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper powder

1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cornflour
¼th cup water for slurry
½ cup water
