Join me through the design and fitting of a rapid prototype mount for my VNM Handbrake using my 100w CNC Laser. Sometimes you just cant beat the speed of a CNC Laser.. From start to finish it took 35 minutes with the longest part being 20 minutes for paint to dry. So unpainted would be 15 minutes to design, cut and mount.

The CNC took 10 minutes cutting from 9mm MDF. I ended up making some smaller mounts to push the handbrake even further away giving more finger clearance. and i also cut some 3mm MDF spacers to better match my bolt lengths i had on hand.
