SCOTCHEROOS (I can't believe I said the wrong cookie.)
Join me as I create a recipe card for my Happy Planner Recipe Book. Today I am doing the recipe Scotcheroos for my dessert.

Scotcheroos Recipe
~ 1 cup sugar
~ 1 cup light corn syrup
~ 1 cup Peanut butter
~ 6 cups Rice Krispy cereal
~ 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
~ 2 cups butterscotch chips

1.) Combine sugar and syrup in a large saucepan 3-6 quarts. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently till its boils.
2.) Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and mix well.
3.) Add Rice Krispies and mix until coated. Press into 9x13 pan.
4.) Melt chips together by hot water or microwave.
5.) Spread chocolate mixture over Rice Krispies mixture.
6.) Cool till firm. Cut into bars
Seal in Ziploc bag or air tie container for longer-lasting.
