Ice swimming is growing more popular in Finland, where around 100 000 people go swimming in freezing water regularly. ❄️💦

We went to see how it’s done and why some people get almost addicted to swimming. Our guide was Mira, who is swimming around three times a week around the year.

Water in an ice hole is always below 4 °C and dip into it takes just from seconds to couple minutes.
