2. Main Ingredients

- 1T ketchup
- 10g butter (https://link.coupang.com/a/btU0Jm)
- Fetuccine pasta 100 (https://link.coupang.com/a/btU06L)
- Parmigiano cheese (https://link.coupang.com/a/btU151)


1. Thaw the frozen shrimps in cold water.
2. Slice the chives and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix the sauce ingredients well according to the specified amounts.
4. Boil water in a deep pan and cook the fettuccine.
5. Transfer the cooked fettuccine to a pasta dish and clean the pan.
6. Add butter to the pan and cook the shrimps until they change color on low heat.
7. Add mushrooms and chives, cook briefly, then add ketchup and mix.
8. Add the sauce and bring to a boil.
9. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and boil together.
10. Transfer to a pasta bowl and top with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
