I do not suffer not because I am white or male but because of the things I practice.

We humans are good at what we practice.
What we practice become our habits.
Our habits make our experience of Life possible.
Habits involve no cognitive thought.
Habits are automatic.
If we actually had to think about every single thing we needed to do to stay alive, The Human Experience would be difficult and virtually impossible.
First and foremost, I practice not suffering.
I practice an inner voice selfstory of self respect and joy.
I practice awareness and appreciation of how our human brains actual function.
I practice how memories are not real, they are representations of actual events, not the actual events that have happened.
I practice Reality and understand that the safest time is always a Now Moment.
The safest place is always Now and Here.
I practice storytelling telling from the Foundation of The Human Condition.
These practices, these habits facilitate me being at peace myself, Life and The Universe.
By practicing the things I have listed, they have become my habits.
Habits that facilitate Non suffering and my inner voice selfstory of self respect and joy.
By not practicing suffering, I do not suffer.
Whiteness is no protection from self inflicted suffering, look at Trump his family.
Maleness is no protection from self inflicted suffering, look at Trump and the other male members of the Trump his family.
