After two bus rides from Erzurum we made it to Cappadocia, home to the famous fairy chimney rock formations and hot air balloons. This was one of Cara's dream destinations on this trip, and we had such a blast watching the balloons take off at sunrise. Unfortunately the balloon rides were way to expensive for us to actually go up in one, but even just watching them was such a cool experience. It wasn't all magical balloons and sunrises though, things took a turn for the worse when Justin got a stomach bug and Cara ended up losing our wallet, which left us scrambling for money to get to Istanbul to fly home for our friend's wedding.
