Eric Nicksick is the head coach at Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas and one of the best coaches in MMA, if not the best. He joined me to go through the UFC 300 card and break it down. He used his expertise as a coach to suggest how the fights might go and why which person may win.

We went through the entire main card, and then discussed a handful of the bouts on the preliminaries. He had a very interesting take on the Jiri Prochazka-Aleksandar Rakic bout, and expressed concern about Kayla Harrison after seeing how she looked today after making weight.

Nicksick gave a great analysis on Cody Garbrandt, who opens the show with a bout against Deiveson Figueiredo, and he broke down the Calvin Kattar-Aljamain Sterling fight well. Sterling often trains at Xtreme Couture and so Nicksick knows him well.
