In this video I will show you everything that I found most important from Freixo de Espada to Cinta. A personal view of mine on this village.
Freixo de Espada à Cinta is a Trás-os-Montes village near the border with Spain in the Douro river valley and is full of history with numerous Manueline-style shutters and windows.
It had a large Jewish community that grew with the arrival of Jewish refugees from Spain in the 16th century. XVI, which brought with them, among other things, the silk industry.
